1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Uzoja. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the platform provided at uzoja.com and any related applications, services, or tools (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing, creating an account, or using any aspect of the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies referenced herein. If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2. Changes to Terms

Uzoja reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes and update the Effective Date above. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and any other material (the “Uzoja Content”), is owned by Uzoja or its licensors. The Uzoja name, logos, and related marks are registered trademarks or service marks of Uzoja. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Uzoja grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the Uzoja Content for purposes of discovering apps through the Platform.

Except as expressly stated in these Terms, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, download, post, transmit, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit Uzoja Content without prior written consent from Uzoja. You may not use meta-tags or other hidden text to misappropriate Uzoja’s trademarks.

Ownership of user-submitted content remains with the user. By submitting content to the Platform, you grant Uzoja a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, modify, adapt, and distribute that content as necessary to operate, promote, and improve the Platform. You affirm that you have the rights to grant this license and that your submissions do not infringe the rights of any third party.

4. Third-Party Links and Apps Hosted on Google Play

The Platform provides listings and links to third-party apps that are hosted on Google Play. Uzoja does not host, maintain, or control these apps. The presence of links to Google Play or other third-party resources does not constitute an endorsement by Uzoja of those apps.

Access to and use of any third-party apps linked through the Platform are governed by the terms and policies of the respective third parties (including Google Play). Uzoja disclaims responsibility for the content, accuracy, performance, safety, and legality of any such apps, and for any actions you take in connection with them.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Uzoja DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND TITLE. Uzoja DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

IN NO EVENT SHALL Uzoja, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE PLATFORM OR THESE TERMS, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF UZOJA AND ITS AFFILIATES FOR ALL CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED AN AMOUNT EQUAL TO THE FEES, IF ANY, PAID TO USE THE PLATFORM DURING THE SIX (6) MONTH PERIOD PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

6. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Uzoja and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our sole discretion for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Platform. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations of liability.

8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Uzoja is incorporated, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in that jurisdiction.

9. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other rules or policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Uzoja concerning the Platform. If any provision is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.
